Hening Parlan

Biografi

Hening Parlan is currently GreenFaith Indonesia, Vice Chairman on Environment Muhammadiyah Institution and National Environment and Disaster Management Institution of ‘Aisyiyah.

Hening has been 20 years experiences on humanitarian and environment. Hening have been working with the civil society, UN, INGO and International NGO’s. Hening was Journalis at TIRAS Magazine, Assistant Director of The Indonesian Forum for Environment (WALHI), Secretary General of MPBI (Indonesian Society for Disaster management) focused on disaster management, Director HFI (Humanitarian Forum Indonesia) that worked with 16 faith-based organization. Hening also worked with UNDP Project on REDD+, UNOPS, Land Equity, HEKS, EU, GIZ, MFP4 and other independent consultants in national and international organizations.

Hening bachelor of sociology, master on disaster management and on progress master on public policy and many short courses, they were from Harvard Kennedy School, ADRRN, INSIST, Al Gore Climate Project, Green Faith, etc
